I was so impressed with the Flameless Luminary. First off for someone like myself who has small children in the home this is a great way to add scent to your home without having to worry about the fire hazard of having a lit candle in your home with little ones running around and playing.
I received three different scents in my package, cherry blossom whimsy, willow blossom and cranberry pear. I immediately opened the limited edition cherry blossom whimsy and placed the scented shade on the reusable base. Then I turned on the light and almost immediately the sweet scent of cherry blossoms filled my living room. I placed the base on my entertainment center and every time I entered my living room I would smell that sweet scent. The Flameless Luminary light even flickers just like a candle would. How cool is that?
I was equally impressed with the new No Spill Wood Diffuser as far as the scent and the no spill bottle goes.
I did have a little trouble removing the bottle stopper. It is in there pretty tightly to keep the oil from leaking in the package. But it's just as simple to work as the Luminary once you get the stopper out.
Once you get the stopper out you simply turn the lid over and push the included wooden dowel into the pre drilled hole in the wooden bottle cap. Then twist the wooden top back onto the bottle. The dowel goes to the bottom of the bottle and wicks the scented oil up into the wooden lid.
Once I had the dowel in the bottle and the lid screwed on I figured it might be a few hours before I would notice any scent coming from the bottle. I picked up the box it came in to read the instructions once more. It doesnt mention anything about a time frame for the scent to become noticeable. When I was done reading the box I looked back up at the bottle and was so surprised to see that the oil had already started to wick up through the wooden lid. I picked it up and sniffed. Sure enough you could smell the honeysuckle orchid scent coming from the lid.
I was totally blown away. I expected to have to wait hours but instead the scent started to fill the room in mere minutes.
